It’s during the dog days of summer when I realize the importance of primer as my make-up is dripping off my face. For this post, I’m going to concentrate on eyeshadow primer. I’ve experimented with many options, but none stood the test of a hot, humid day as well as the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion. And let me tell you this – I rarely am loyal to any make-up or skincare line, unless a product is really, really good and something I would actually purchase again. And this primer is solid. This tube will last you for at least six months – all you need is a small squeeze of primer before you apply your eyeshadow and you’re set for a crease-free day.
You can find the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion at Sephora. There are two sizes available ($20 and $30, respectively) as well as three different color options (all fairly neutral), but I prefer the original primer potion, because it works with all skin colors as well as all eyeshadow colors.
