If I could, I would eat pizza everyday. Ask Mr. B, I’m not kidding. And, if I could choose the one place where I would go to get a delicious pizza, I would head directly to Punch Pizza. This isn’t your typical greasy pizza joint - think perfectly chewy crusts topped with the freshest, tastiest ingredients, in a fun, casual atmosphere. Your pizza is baked in an 800-degree oven. They’re not messing around here folks – this oven cooks your pizza in about 90 seconds. Photo above is Mr. B’s favorite – the Toto. Loaded with arugula, garlic, and proscuitto, it is completely craveworthy. We usually eat in, however, you can also ask for your pizza to be par baked so you can bring it home and bake it yourself later – although it’s just not the same as having it baked in their oven.
If you’re ever in the Twin Cities-area, you must, must head to Punch. There are several locations throughout Minneapolis/St. Paul/surrounding suburbs, so really, there’s no excuse not to go.
